The K lens is quite rare, read expensive, and the 3rd party variants are  
long, if I remember correctly. Great for tabletop/macro, but less so for  
architecture... There are Medium format-to-K T/S converters (some German  
manufacturer?), but they are expensive (200,-) and have the same focal  
length limitation. 18mm Medium format lenses are rare... A P645-PK T/S  
adapter does not seem to exist. Something Pentax overlooked?

Hasselblad has a nice solution too, but a bit steep as well :o)
