:-) That's forever my pitfall. I'm a sucker for strong colour, and Photomatix feeds me amply. I've walked along this canal several times this spring/summer, but never saw a single mosquito. There's a surprising amount of birds, though. Coots, moorhens and mallards mostly... Maybe they keep the mosquito population down, I don't know...
