I have received a number of replies, both here on the list and off-list
as well.

Ideally, the "lucky" person should have both a good server situation
(which only some respondents have) and a strong interest in developing
the currently stagnant FAQ (which only some respondents have).

I find myself in the awkward position of trying to decide which person
to send the zipped-up FAQ to for maintaining it, while knowing that:

1. I am bound to disappoint some of the volunteers. (Sorry!)

2. It may not be proper for me alone to make this decision (since I
think that the FAQ really is community property - it certainly is NOT my
property).

Well, I'm just waiting a bit longer for replies to a couple of follow-up
questions...
