It's about a means of putting image sensors on a curved surface so that a device can see in the way that animals do - our retinas are curved. It would be interesting to see what could be done photographically. How willing would we be to accept undistorted photographs? Will we see cameras in which you can change the curvature of the surface? Should be some interesting applications.
