Been using it since the moment I returned from Mexico. Both Lr2 and Lr1 are on my system... The install overwrites the beta only.
As usual, new UI causes some disorientation ... I recommend viewing the instructional videos at the adobe video workshop to get started. There are many small and useful changes and quite a few new features even over the beta. I've had to remake my export templates. It's all plus though except for a bit of a hit on performance...which I know the folks at adobe are working on already.
