A couple of years ago, Shel Belinkoff posted some pix he had taken in his 
apartment of his clothes, because he was not feeling well enough to go out.  
They were excellent.  On another forum a year or so ago someone posted great 
pix of a cheap motel room they were stuck in because of car trouble.

Travel is a powerful photographic stimulus, but certainly isn't necessary.
