Check Mark Roberts web sitre out, www.robertstech.com, he has some links to free ware and share ware. I think its B&Wplus that he has on his site. Some plug ins for PS, and they ~should~ work in PS elements 5.
I have had good results with those. I also use channel mixer and lately have had good success with Lightroom conversion.
