I haven't purchased a camera online, but I remember looking at prices - a while back, for the K10D, and seeing some sites that seemed way to good to be true - sometimes two hundred dollars cheaper than the going rate. Site with names like cheapcameras.com or some similar nonsense....a few minutes looking at user reviews online, as Mr. Alling suggested, showed hundreds of complaints and reeked of scam. Realistically, I think that prices on Ebay, especially for new items, are a good measure of what something is going to cost you - while not always the answer, it's a great guideline. Stick to the brand sites suggested here and please be cautious!
