If you're talking about the "woman's" legs ... It's a movie poster for Brian De Palma's 1980 film "Dressed To Kill" with Michael Caine, Angie Dickinson and Nancy Allen. You can see credits for "Michael ...", "Angie Dicki ..." & "Nancy All..." in the image. Knowing the photo is from 1981, a Google search on Angie Dickinson turned up a Wikipedia entry that indicates she appeared in this 1980 film.
