The camera factory is in the Philippians and I didn't think they'd 
manufactured any cameras in Japan since the MZ-S

I think that Bloomberg doesn't know the difference between lens 
manufacture and camera manufacture, (they often make "mistakes" using 
generalities in pursuit of the bigger picture), nor do they care in this 
instance, it's all photographic to them.
