Well yes, it is, but so is the 70 Billion with a B bailout, to just
about everyone, not just us. If congress can't get it's act together
and actually debate the merits and actual costs without pointing fingers
everywhere, (but at themselves which is where blame belongs), then what
makes you think that an issue that matters to smallish minority will
even get a fair hearing. Congress will vote with the experts, most of
whom aren't, but hey that's politics...
