I share your suspicion... :-)

- Based on my experience a couple of weeks ago with the 120cm x 500cm
output from a 200 megapixel composite.

I have been toying with the idea of creating an installation with
roll-up stands for, say, a 180° panoramic display. Cost is
prohibitive, though. :-( It would require at least six such stands:
