It looks as though we will be upgrading to an Intel-based iMac, as my wife needs to use software that won't run on a PowerPC G5.
(I know, it's a terrible thing...) The question: How much does the video card affect photo processing? Will a faster video card with more memory make Lightroom run better? We don't use our computer for games.
