I don't carry insurance. Like William, my agreement specifies that I'm not responsible for any failures above and beyond the fee. I also point out that to date I have never failed to please my clients.

I've never bothered. My contract spells out that there is always the unfortunate possibility that things may go sideways, and if the worst happens, they needent plan on collecting anything from me beyond the agreed upon fee less the non refundable deposit. Between that and medicare, I'm not seeing a need to take it further.
