Good thought Doug, but it won't work universally as many of the
formats I've used don't have a space for captions. But maybe a mixed
solution, using caption space where available, maybe even modify the
formatting on some of the pages to add in caption space... I'll
ponder a bit.
And Ann, I am going to think some more about your suggestions on a
more generic attribution and/or a listing of photo credits. There are
page numbers, though they don't show up on the full bleed pages, so
in some sections they are sporadic.
