I was at the local camera store this morning where they were demoing the new D-90. I shot a pic with my K10 at iso 1600 in RAW. Then I put the sd card in the D90 and set it for 1600 and RAW. Shot the same view. Took the card home and loaded to the computer. My converter that allows me to see thumbnails of raw files showed both the Pentax PEF's and the Nikon NEF's. But, I couldn't open the Nikon RAWs in either LR2 or PSE6. I even downloaded the latest RAW converter plugin from Adobe. Is it possible that because the sd card had been formatted in the Pentax the Nikon files were corrupted so that they would not open? Now I will have to try again with a seperate sd card that I format first in the D90.
