Dave, you gave the same address for both images.

The one shown could be improved by minimizing both the blank sky and the solid blue reflection in the water. Also clone out the branch in the ULH side

As the river enters the lake, it flows under this old wooden train
tressel. I thought the fisherman adds to this one.

D200 and 18-70 in Vivid mode. LR 2 adjusts.
