Howdy, folks,
If you have the urge to buy a Garmin product, STOP, DON'T DO IT.
They're a worthless bunch of sackless wankers who are more than
willing to steal your money and then try to silence you if you
complain.
FWIW, I've been using Garmin products (including their mapping
software) since about 1996 with no complaints other than the seriously-
high cost of the proprietary memory chips they had in their early
series of "StreetPilot" units.
Don't even try to post a negative review of their *shit* software
products or you'll see your online accounts disappear: tigergps and
newegg have both apparently deleted my accounts within hours of my
posting a negative, truthful, and calm review of their crap.
..and you believe that Garmin knocked down the reviews? Or was the
language in your reviews kinda like this email - in which case the
people at Newegg and TigerGPS might have removed such "reviews" for
other reasons?
I'll be making a small crusade of seeing their bullshit painted
clearly across the internet and every other medium I can access. If
you're interested in the whole sordid story, send me an email.
I am actually curious to know what the problem is, thanks.
