Oh that's just so that you Unix geeks can have something to whine about. :-)

After reading very briefly on Rsync, it seems to me the SyncToy does
the same job without the mumbo jumbo command line interface. I'm a
fart old enough to enjoy command lines and custom scripting for many
purposes, but this time I'm looking for something that even a computer
illiterates can get going with in no time. My test persons are my 10
year old daughter and my 80+ old father. Command lines are no good for
them. :-)
