Thanks, Bill! You may not have seen some earlier PESOs where I explained that my computer's down (needs a new hard drive) so I'm relegated to using Picasa to process everything these days. Near as I can see, there's no way to resize on Picasa, and all adjustments are for the whole frame only. I thought the pedestrians needed burning as well, but I can't do it on Picasa. I also can't really sharpen anything because (again) one can only sharpen the whole frame, which I pretty much never want to do. So, all that whining out of the way, thanks for your comment, and thanks for the re-rendering that you sent me off list. It's terrific - the way I'd have liked to have done it in Photoshop. Thanks to everyone else who commented. As I said, I've been fooling around with this type of shot for a couple of weeks now, and this one seemed to work. cheers, frank -- "Sharpness is a bourgeois concept." -Henri Cartier-Bresson -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
