Autodesk added a ribbon interface to AutoCAD 2009. It was the first thing I turned off. 80% of the commands I use are shortcut key driven. There is something working away in the background that is slowing the program down. Keyboard sequences that used to respond instantaneously now lag noticeably. These types of software upgrades, just make your job more frustrating.
