What a very eerie picture. I really like the texture of the sky.
The dark forground is quite distracting, too bad there weren't
some streetlights or some such to add a bit of depth. This is
the peril of night photography though. I have it sitting in a
small window on my monitor, and have it pretty much cropped to a
panoramic. I think dumping most of the foreground greatly
improves the picture.
