Thanks Dave, Cotty and Christine for looking. The company that produces the virtual tours is happy with my work. But until I got some stitching software, I had no real way of checking my results before uploading them. I guess I'll eventually see the finished tours once they're posted on real estate sites, but I send just the individual frames to the company that stitches them and makes them move. I assumed that since my pano head was set up right and my frames overlapped that everything was working, but it's nice to see an assembly. I was going to buy Panorama Maker from ArcSoft, but I decided to see what CS4 could do first. I'm glad that I waited.

Wow, that's great, Paul. Very impressive. Looks like this assignment is good one, and they must be very happy with your work. Cheers, Christine

Subject: Another CS4 Pano

I assembled another set of virtual tour pics with CS4's auto align and auto blend tools. This is the living area of an apartment, and it's a full 360 pano. When I shoot one of these tours, I bracket every frame, even, one over, and one under. Because this apartment had a very dark hallway and a very bright window, I used all three exposures in the assembly of this pano. CS4.s auto align assembled the frames almost perfectly in 30 seconds or so of processing. I just watched. Then it blended the different exposures with the auto blend tool. I'm liking this. I have to get out and shoot my favorite little pond at the nature center. Anyway, the apartment pic is here:
