This recently taken in Marysville, CA. It's a bit of the remnants of a
once sizable and very active "Chinatown". During the WWII era, this
section was deemed "off limits" to the population of nearby Beale Air
force Base. Many an MP tried enforcing the order..I'm told.
There is something in the lighting, tree leaves, framing and street
shadows that wouldn't allow me to delete it 'til I put it up for comments.

The truck off to the right takes away somewhat from the urban rustic feel of
the picture. And again, you have started to tell a story, but you haven't
gone any farther. I'm certain that there are many interesting pictures to be
had in that scene that have gone unexplored.
