Well, if it turns out that Obama isn't a natural born citizen of the US,
a requirement to be sworn in as President, (see Berg vs Obama now before
the Supreme Court, which has an answer date of December 1), who will the
Democrat electors vote for on December 15th? Certainly not McCain.
Slow Joe Biden? Pleeeaaasssee, he couldn't even get enough party
support to be a factor in the primaries. So I expect a 359 electoral
vote tally for Hillery for President. I mean who else is there?
Now I don't really expect this to happen, but if it does it will
certainly be within the rules laid out by the Constitution, hell it's
not even a Constitutional Crisis, but the aftermath won't be pretty.
I'd give this a whole lot less credence if Berg wasn't a life long
Democrat and a former deputy attorney general from Pennsylvania. Now
I've seen a couple of hit pieces on Berg, that he got his ideas from
some right wing, wing nuts, (say that three times fast), however the
flow of information actually seems to be the reverse. We'll know on the
1st.
Now don't take this as political, it's not. The Democrats won the
election, probably would have even without Obama as their candidate, but
who the President will be? After all when you turn your political
process over to the courts you never know what will happen.
