I don't know the answer to your question, but I saw Leonard Cohen in July and
really, really enjoyed it. I also saw him in 1979, at the Hammersmith Odeon, and
took pictures at that concert with an MX and 135mm lens - no flash. I still have
the negs, but they're rubbish.
