The Radio Shack numbers are for special order.  Since mercury batteries 
aren't available for sale in the US, these numbers are the closest 
replacements in alkaline batteries.  I have tested them in the meter 
according to the manual and they meet the requirements of the 3/21 
meter.  If you have trouble getting them through your local Radio 
Shack, I can order them for you through my store.
