Historically, it's been the 21st. But I typically don't pull the submit form down until I'm ready to upload the PUG, which is usually well after the 1st. (I'm either holding it open for someone, forgot to do it, or just plain lazy, err, something came up - one of three.) 2009 is going to be a bit different. I finally figured out how to get the form software I'm using to let me have multiple forms. So we'll have a list of themes and each theme will be attached to its own form. As the deadline for each month arrives, I'll pull that particular form down.
