Hello I just exchanged a round of e-mails with BHPhoto. Thay say they ship fedex who does not X-Ray nor do they Antrax deconteminate. I am a little worried about the cost of an international package though. Anybody has experience how much shipping is to Europe through them.
I have read several reviews on film. If you X-Ray they say is "film safe" then it should be OK up to 1000 ASA (sometimes even 1600 ASA) On the other hand I would feel a lot more comfortable with hand expection so I will try too. Some pretty smart recommendations included putting your film in a transparent plastic bag and taking it out of your bag just before sending it through the X-Ray. This makes it obvious that it is film that you are carying. Take then out of the plastic cannisters even (when the film type allows) And pray :)) Good luck for everyone.
