Nope. But I've never found that to be a problem, and routinely leave SR on when panning with my K10D. There again, I can't find anything in the manual to suggest turning off SR while panning, either - just when the camera is mounted on a tripod. There was quite a lot of discussion of this around the time the K10D was released, both here and on dpreview.
