G'day All, A few of you showed interest in seeing what the Nikon managed to produce, so here are 28 of the approximately 500 images I came away with that day:
<http://www.arach.net.au/~savage/GESO/GESO_018/> ...and here is a pano I made with the D700 & 20mm f2.8 (~180kb) <http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3244/3005333354_0e0d505ff0_o.jpg> All but one of these were shot using the D700& Nikon AF-S 70-200mm f2.8 VR. Image 4994 was made using the AF-D 24mm f2.8 & polarising filter. Due to the lack of "pulling" power of the 200mm, I used this setup more for perving...err...environmental shots ;-) BTW, the 5th shot in the gallery is of Western Australia's fauna emblem the black swan.
