You'll make better progress if you go to a class with a qualified teacher. I've learned 5 foreign languages in my life to at least moderate levels of fluency, and I'm also qualified to teach English as a foreign language. Whenever I've tried to learn from a CD it's been a complete waste of time and money, and I don't think I've met anyone who's been at all successful using teach-yourself methods. Maybe RF Burton, but he was a genius.
