Since one of my main customers is no longer publishing the corporate
magazine I was working for (supplying copy and pictures), I think it can be
a good idea to remind other customers and prospects what I can do for them.
So I put together some of the best pictures I took in 2008 and make the
book, planning to print just 6-7 copies for the purpose (costing me Eur
60-70 each one). In the mean time, the printers are offering a cheaper
soft-cover version of their book and applies a 45% discount when printing
over 10 copies. At this point I decided to print 20 books and use 10 of
them for my purpose and 10 more for sale at cost. This is how the whole
thing took shape.
Apart from selling those 10 books, which won't be so difficult, what do you
(anyone reading this message) think of those pictures? Do you think the book
will be a useful business card for a show reporter?
