Yeah, it depends on the size. I occasionally get inquiries for usage of the various photos I've taken of twins over the years at an annual twins festival I attend. If it's for something like a school brochure, I pretty much give it away. But if it's for a large textbook or something, then $150-$200 for the full-res image isn't unreasonable.
