I got that Infant Jesus statue when I made my first communion and it sat
on my dresser until I moved out of my parents' home.  No doubt that's
why I find the "holy hand grenade" bit so funny.

That's the icon I remember frm my youth.
The church/parish I grew up in was named Divine Infant.
Seeing Franks picture, and knowing more about the middle east now,
I was struck by how northern european those faces looked.
