No doubt Nikon F4 is a great camera but i agree LX is superior in performance exceot AF. IMHO a small camera MZ5N can beat in performance and Autofocus is superior to F4. I have above machines but no doubt look wise MZ5N is also a nice camera and light too for lengthy session and spedcially focusing with manual lenses i.e. "Trap Focus".
