I like the B&W one; contrasty, snappy, emphasizes the solidity and strength of the lighthouse. The color one is a very different feel; much softer with the mist's power to envelope winning. Very different images. Both work. Were they from the same capture, or are they different photos from the same point?
My feelings too, in large part. Both of these are rendered from the same RAW file.
