Well, it all started in the Middle East about 2008 years ago, give or take a 
decade or so......

I needed a sound recorder rather than a camera for Katy's visit.  You take a 
pre-school child into a darkened place and put them in the impressively spotlit 
presence of a person unlike anyone they have ever met before.  It's no wonder 
that any normal child won't leave its parent and mutters "Katy's not happy" 
over and over.
