I fully agree. Should anyone having enough spare time will manage such a
book, my advice is not tie it with anything else, being them "quotes", "PUG
submissions", "PESO's" or the like. Otherwise, things will become
complicated and someone could feel his/her contribution to be inappropriate.
Let the "would be" authors submit their entries ("PUG" and "PESO" pictures
allowed, not mandatory) and make others do the selection.
Keep it simple. Just make it a damn good photo book!
