I don't know Fastback. I looked at Lulu. In comparison to Blurb, the
prices are higher and you have the disadvantage (or advantage
depending on your preferences) of working with their software online
rather than downloading software a la Blurb, doing the work on your
own computer, then uploading the finished package. So I've just used
Blurb and can't give you a quality comparison.
