I've seen Cesar 2 (or 3?) times in D.C., once at GFM. Gianfranco in
Naples, London, and Venice. Cotty in London twice and GFM. tv in D.C.
twice and at GFM. So, several three-peats but probably no four-peats
except maybe Cesar. A number of repeats including Frank, Jostein,
Adelheid...
