Hi Rick: I have a crop suggestion, but, of course, if you think it silly, just ignore: crop from the bottom up passed the first shadow on the ground. Crop a little inward from the left--cut into the far left phone booth. Then crop from the top down into the bushy part of the tree just a bit. I think this will give a pic a more horizontal feel, which, to my eye, enhances the motion of the bus, and the colors in that blur of motion, which appeal to my eye. Leave the right side as is. Might not work too good with the high iso, but you never know. Anyway, like I said, if my suggestion makes you gag, just ignore. :-) I've been really enjoying your travel pics, Rick.
