I just went to Pentax US website and found this document: http://www.pentaximaging.com/pdf/CPGlettertocustomers.pdf It is not that surprising for a contractor to go belly up. This is not the first time Pentax changes its rebate processing company (I believe they did it about a year ago). What is surprising that Pentax forgot to DATE their letter. Enjoy it!
