I just go with the upgrade path. I do make a fair amount of money from photography, and upgrading seems a logical path in any case. When a K30D is released, I'll sell my K10D. It all makes sense, but perhaps I'm operating in a different world. I don't buy new toys, but I do buy new tools, and so far that has worked for me.
