I took a look and I know I've see a couple of these in person...
The only store that comes to mind at the moment in my 'hood is "Lord of
the Fleas" - I know there are more.
The photo of mine that would qualify is of (the now defunct ) "Justa
Cafe" in Globe, Arizona.
