I'm with Ken on this. The composition is very nice and the overall treatment of the photo works. But the background is sort of v-ing upwards in both plants and lighting. It keeps drawing my attention - kind of back and forth between it and the subject. Either more blur or perhaps less lighting on those background shafts would do the trick.
