Just got the January GFM newsletter and the mile high swinging bridge is actually a mile high. The original survey, done on 1917 was found to be in error by about 20 feet. The new survey puts the mile high marker square on the bridge, and Calloway Peak has been shown to be apprx 20 feet lower than originally thought.
