It's been a few years, but I used A&I (www.aandi.com).  Mostly for
E-6, but some C-41 process & print.  Their machine prints were
individually corrected, and were a big step up from
Kodak/Walgreens/etc.  I particularly liked Reala on their machines and
paper.

You can get discounted prepaid mailers from B&H, e.g. item # AIMP35
for 35mm process & print is $13.49.  You'll then have to enclose a
check or credit card number for the scans on CD.
