I have a Nikon Super Coolscan 8000 (the big daddy). Nikon has Vista drivers for that scanner, so it's likely they'd have them for your scanner too. I just checked the Nikon website and it says they do have Vista drivers for your scanner. All their drivers and scanning software are free, thankfully, unlike VueScan.
