Not sure what you mean by "make a new folder" in the context of
FireFox. Do you mean a folder for bookmarks? I've never done that.
(I only use FireFox for testing. Most of the time, I use Safari.)
I just opened FF3 and looked at the Organize Bookmarks dialog. If the
selection is on the "All Bookmarks" item, the command menu has "New
Folder..." grayed out.
If I select either the Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Menu, or any
included item, the "New Folder..." command is live and available for
use.
